Found this company on CNN. CNN reported claims they are good. Well, I will forward this story to CNN. Ordered the starter kit, read all the very fine print. Yes, you better read it all because if you don't call them within 14 days, they will debit your account and your stuck with the starter kit. Liked the electronic citz. So I advise them not to cancel my enrollment. Boy, was that a big mistake! Next order was a special because I enrolled with them, 30 cartidges for less money. Well, they mistakenly mailed me another started kit, realized their mistake, did not contact me regarding this mistake. So I called them to see where my order was. As you can not use anything else with this electric citz unless it's from them or it voids the warranty. Found out about their mistake and now they were mailing the correct item. But it took more than 7 days to get, came in the mail. Then I called them up to change the next order from being mailed on the 16th or each money to the 2nd of each month, also gave them a new credit card. Two days later, found out my credit card was not charged, so I called them once again. Was advised by the employee that a new employee did not enter my new card number, old card was used (which I cancelled) thus my order was never shipped. Claimed they called me but they had the wrong phone number. Claimed I gave them the wrong phone number. I didn't. This employee promised to call me back the next day as my request to federal express my order would have to be approved by a supervisor. Well, the employee did not call back. I once again had to call them, spoke with a very rude employee who told me that I was the liar regarding the phone number and new card number. So I requested to cancel my enrollment. Which they did. Thank goodness for that. My advise, it's a good electric citz but the service is very poor, employees are rude and it takes them a very long time to speak with you...so stay away from this company.
