direct energy they called to be come a customer or direct energy and they told me i would re cieve a 50 dollar rebate gift card in the nmail and didnt have to do any but my bill would have to be paid in full i hav westerville, Ohio

direct energy called and said they could lower my light bill for a year and they will send my a 50 dollar gift card not telling me or sending me a paper saying i had to do any thing to get the rebate gift card i have been a customer since april and was soppose to recieve the  gift card 2 months ago i hac=ve been calling them and thy are giving me the runaround telling me my card was mailed on july 9 and i should recieve it soon i have not yet to recieve i have called then nummorus time and now there telling me i have to send in the rebate form with copy of my light and the card will be sent and i never recieved a rebate form and iwas told the card was mailed on july 9 2012 so they connect me to the place that thats send out the cards and they done have my name or any thing on record this is not right i want what they told me i will recievemy 50 dollar gift rbate card
