11 year old son on ssi [prem diabled] regestered online for direct exspress card as per ss office instrutions [went paperless] called rpeatedly to get replacemet card 1st card oked lost in mail never recived, called keep gettig eq. as to why it is not getting prosessed sent all information requsted going on 2 months without ss payment. boy needs his $. is this company for real or is this the way they treat customers? ss office is no help, says card companys prob.
