Direct Processing Solutions First Data leasing, Alex Wooley, Payment Solutions Fraud, contract alterations, high rates, one year trying to fix Austin, Texas

Alex Wooly from Direct Proccesing Solutions offer services for credit card processing, offer better rates and also $150.00 check if they did not give the gratest rate. To make the story short the contract I signed is different to the one he presented to First Data leasing for the terminal they provided;  insted or 36 months he promised now are 48 months;  instead of $35.91 monthly payment is $43.00.

 I am paying $129.00 for PCI compliance instead of the $49.00 I was paying with the other company when he said no fee was going to be paid.

For a year I have been trying to fix this problem sending faxes to everybody in First Data, calling to Alex Wooley (he never returned calls), and lately e-mail to Stacie Weeb of First Data Presidential Liaison Client Care, with no answer whatsoever she just said we are waiting for Direct Processing to call.  Please be careful and do not make busines with these companies, check before you sign anything
