Run, Do not walk away from this company!. They have the worst business practices EVER. I learned that the hard way. I had the service for a year and moved. I arranged to have my service transferred.

At my new location, they could not get a signal, so I was unable to get the service. Now, they have you pay your final bill and establish a new account. Not sure why because it was the same state and county. While the rep is at my place, I tell him to take the eqipment because I couldn't use it. The rep tells me that they will send boxes for me to mail them back to Corporate. I never get the boxes and go about my life.

About 2 months later, I receive a bill from them. So, I call them to inquire what the bill was about. NON Returned Equipment! I explained to them that the rep told me that they would send boxes. They sent boxes to my old address. I couldn't believe it. I ask the NO customer service rep why they would send boxes to the address where I didn't live. I told them they absolutely knew my new address because I established another account. Basically, I was told to get over it, they did what they said they were going to do!

Livid, I write the Corporate Office and dsipute the bill and tell them what happened and that I want to send the equipment back. I get a nasty letter from the Corporate Office telling me that they would not honor my dispute because the equipment was too old!!!??? After 2 months, the equipment is too old? I don't care how outdated it is, I wanted to return it in the first place! I swear, it was like a very bad movie. I felt like I had to be in the twilight zone! What company won't take equipment back? What Corporate Office writes a consumer a nasty letter? Guess what? I sent the equipment back anyway, signature confirmation.

 

Thought it was over? NO, gets better. About 3 weeks ago, my credit score took a nose dive. Yep, they did it! Sold the "collection" account to one of these "Johnny Come Lately" sleezy collection agencies. Now, I have to fight all over again and they have shot my credit to hades. Everyone knows that a collection account on your credit is like having the plague. I absolutely despise them. Please do yourself a favor and walk away.  I don't care what they promise you! In the end, you will be sorry.

At this point, I can't even call them a company. With all the complaints, I can't believe they are allowed to get away with these practices. I have disputed this again but I am going to the Consumer Finanacial Protection Bureau. Consumerfinance.gov. I wish everyone on here would report them and shut them down with the unfair business practices.
