Started with Direct TV August 2013. Within 2 weeks of service experienced equipment failure. The receiver could not communicate with the dish. After we called customer service, we followed instructions and TV came back on. As of this date we have expereinced continuous TV outages and numerous calls for repair. We even started paying for monthly service because we were being charged $49.95 for every service call. As of today, December 12, 2013 I have called customer service at least 5 times in the past week. As a customer what position do I have, when the company can not provide the service? I really would like to hear what others have done in a case like this.
