directbrands/ columbia house i joined columbia house dvd tv club on 03/01/10 but they only sent me five selections of dvds i have order they aren't releaseing anymore of my dvds i have order until they receieve my payment of $124 mechaniscsburg, Pennsylvania

i joined columbia house dvd tv club 03/01/10 they only sent five of my selections of the dvds have order . the aren't send the rest of my dvds i have order until i pay the balance of $124.84 until they receive that then they will release the rest of my dvds but i did some research  they have to get my consent first befor the can decide to delay the rest of my order that is the federal law if i don't agree to the delay of the shippments of the rest of my dvds they have within 30 days to shipp the rest of my dvds they claim they are on backorder wich i'am not buying it. if you consumers that file complaint against this company don't file a complaint against them with the bbb or the consumer protection  because they will take columbia house evidence over yours anyday.  when you guys get a chance take appropriate legal action against this company when you have a chance if you really want to get the dvds you want go to (((competitors' names redacted))) they know how to treat people right and they respect their customers not like  directbrands/ columbiahousedvdtv club.

  sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
