My autopayed bill apparently auto charged me $37.49 per month for the next 6 months ( $224.94 ripoff total) for NFL watching, something I NEVER do. When I called today they said I was 2 weeks late to cancel the auto billing and I had to pay it. When I asked about cancelling the entire system, they said I would pay for the next year anyway, plus penalties for each service I had including the NFL channel, AND an overall penalty on top of that. Their reasoning was "it was in my original contract, and I should have seen it on my bill and asked about it."
I asked to talk to a supervisor, and they refused saying"we can transfer you back and forth all day and you will still have to pay the NFL channel charge". Seriously. When my contract is up I will never use them again, not will my family and business. I see other similar complaints here--wish I was a class action lawyer.
