I've flat out had it with Dish. I pay my bills on time for the past several years and have been an A+ customer of theirs with no red or black flags on the account. About 7 months ago or so I called the office of the President and got a free upgrade to the hopper joey system no problem. Complained that in the past one of their installers had messed up our equipment and said that if he or anyone ever did it again so help me GOD not to I'd carve whatever installer (s) a new one. They literally seriously took that as a serious threat hey you're idiots damaged my property what's a guy to do here? and they refused to send any technicians out ever again. Just found out recently as of October of last year that they are cancelling my account and that my house address literally for life can never have DISH again nor can I. Hey DISH yeah you DISH it's not my fault your flipping paranoid and crazy. Attention all current, former or potential future customers of DISH cancel your services, demand a refund and run as fast as you can away from them. I'm going as far as to contact the individual TV providers channel owners in their line up to report this crap and demand that they pull the contracts. DISH won't have a channel to offer since no one will do business with them and eventually they'll go under hopefully. Contact your State attorney generals offices and get it reported as well this is stinking crazy.

What a total a*s you make of yourself there. You'd do the same thing with undertrained and underpaid employees third party or not working for Dish came to your home and destroyed your property without offering to pay to replace it etc. Yeah I threatened their sorry rear ends and not just with law suits mind you. In my state there is no permit to carry concealed so assume we're all armed and trigger happy you dig. If DISH wanted to be paranoid and take me seriously that's their flipping problem. I was quite literally lining their pockets with my money so if they want one less cash cow fine by me. DIRECT TV FACT blows them out of the water hands down and JD power and associates would not put their name or reputation on the line year in and year out awarding DIRECT TV vs. DISH for customer satisfaction, signal clarity, professionalism of their installers, customer service, quality of service and tv programming packages. etc. But you keep drinking that cool aid there and your head in the sand Robert if that's even your real name. I suspect you're an employee of DISH.

With friends like this you don't need enemies.

Because while your original post was bad enough, your "friend" who posted and agreed with you basically proved that both of you are nothing more than punk kids who thinks the world revolves around them.  Where you can do anything you want without concequences.

When you threaten that you are going to physically attack either someone personally or let a company know you will attack an employee of theirs.  They not only have the right but the responsibility to not put themselves in that situation. 

You can come here and say you are not some punk but an adult. But keep in mind I am not talking about physical age, I am talking about mental age.  As by the Calender I am sure you are a "legal" adult, I'd put you somewhere between 18 and 25 years old.  But in terms of your "mental" age I would put you at about a 13 year old.   You are just lucky that all this company did was to discontinue all your service with them.  As they would have had every right to contact the local authorities and have you arrested.

By the way if you want further proof of your "punk" attitude.  You complain about how you are upset that they discontinued service with them.  But based on how bad you are making them out to be, it sounds like this is what you want and you could go to one of the other providers.  But my guess is that is not an option either...perhaps they no longer want to do business with you either.

Now, I totally expect you to respond to this with what appears to be your usual "colorful" language full of *'s and threats.  And if that makes you feel better..more power to you, and thank you in advance for proving my point.

I too know the complaintant and he works with me. We are roomates and have been loyal Dish Customers for many years since Feb of 201. Before that and inbetween we've had and used both Cable one and direct tv for our tv services both of wich blow dish networks customer service or lack there of out of the water and cost way less too. Dish network like many others have stated here on RIP OFF REPORTS is a fraudulent company. They are just in it for the money and dont give a d**n about their customers one iotta at all. They dont care if their techs do a sh***y install from the get go nor do they care if their techs screw up the cables on your house making it look like s***, dish is out of alignment and the service calls are done half as**d wrong. Or to the point of almost frying purchased recievers from a 3rd party local vendor. Will soft interupt your services and block your access to owned equiptment and external hard drives with DVRED content. That is fraudulent if we the customers forked out thousands of dollars to own actually own our own equiptment meaning recievers Dish you have no right at all to charge us the rental fees montly let alone the service fees to have acess to them in our own homes. We will pay our montly package of channels subscription and the acess fees for the DVR feature. Besides that you have no right to overcharge any customer or b***s*** them into high price montly fees thats fraud and is a scam. And to think I used to work with star west back in late 2006 aka for you Dish network what a shame no wonder the customers were growly. And I wasnt paid the ammount of work done anyways thank GOD I quit that job bunch of morrons. I will like my family member has said never ever go with DISH network again ever. Direct TV has given us in the past and even on the phone last night nothing but respect and curtosy sad to say DISH NETWORK we show no valid trust in you at all none. You have skrewed over way too many customers, be ready for a major lawsuit and going out of bussiness. It's called karma and its gonna bite ya in the a** real soon. 

 

P.s. as the orriginal complaintant has stated I have in word doc and in full all the logs of service calls made to those b****** and ba****ds at dish nework, for proof in court.
