Dish Network Scammers of charging early fees that are not owed Nationwide

 I had been a customer of Dish network for 5 or more years. I switched to another company. Now I want to sign up with Dish again and I was told that I owed $299 for an early termination. I moved from a previous address and I had service with Dish for 3 1/2 years. I feel that they have doctored up the documents stating that I was only with Dish for one year so they can charge the early termination. I feel that this a big ripoff and a scam. I am not going to pay that fee for no reason. I feel that they do this to try to get over on customers.
