 I originally acquired Dish services a while  back and had some difficulty just ordering regular month to month .... pay as you go contract.  Apparently anything other than getting into a lengthy contract/special promotion is a foreign language to the salesmen at Dish. Luckily for me when the Installation man arrived at my house I was very pleased to find a very close friend's brother at the door. I had to again make sure I was not getting into a contract. """ I am on worker comp and I know my checks will be stopped now and again"""".  My friend 'the installation man' had to alter the contract for me. 

The day came and my comp checks are interrupted. I called Dish and suspend my service. At dish you have to pay for the month service in advance so I was very angry when my bill comes and they are demanding payment for the next 2 months in advance and charging a disconnect fee. I called dish and we come to a resolution of the 1 month and a few days 'which I had service' fee of $80-$90. They said they would send the box to return equipment. I was pleased with the settlement.  The box comes and eventually I get it mailed off. 

In no time at all I have a collection company calling and demanding I pay the remaining balance of over $300. ... I call dish and I am told it is for early termination and balance remaining. I have to argue and finally get transferred to the Resolution Dept. The Res. Dept. agree with my statement I never did sign any long term agreement or accept any deal ... I was suppose to be month to month. They told me they would remove all the fees and return the account to the balance and the $17 shipping box cost 'total $120' and send me the bill. I was OK with this. The very next day May 28  I check my bank account and Dish network has helped themselves to the final amount. I did not agree/authorized this deduction and I have never authorized any automatic payments ever. I call and argued my way to the Resolution Dept. again. They apologized and explain it was some glitch in their computer system automatic charging a disconnect fee  and sent the money back on May 29.  I check my bank account the next day, late Friday  June 1st and Dish Network has again automatically deducted from me. I called  and fight to get to the  resolution dept. and I am being told they have no record on their end that they have deducted my card again on June 1st and that I have to send a fax to them showing the deduction on my bank statement. I have sent the proof and of course I get the "we can't read the format you sent us; run around". I have send the documents again and of course I have to wait for the fax department to receive and then put it into resolution dept. email account. 

This constant taking of my funds without authorization has been a real inconvenience on my family and has caused us to post pond weekend activities. I have already been promised they would drop all remaining charges and refund my money and remove my bank card from their records. I wonder if I am being attacked constantly in hopes that I will let my card down or that I will tire of spending so much time trying to fix the problems and they will sneak one by me. I believe now the inconvenience and suffering my family has endured warrants compensation
