Well my dad wanted me to look into the $250 that was taken out of his account. So i did. The company was dish network. The account he didnt even set up but his son used his debit card too. So i call dishnetwork and wxplain to them and ask why. The lady told me that it was because the reciever was not shipped yet. I told her that my father did not receive the lable to do so in feb2013, come to find out that the ups man did show up witj a box and lable but my father did not know what it was for because it was in my brothers name and he had moved out of country for some time now(9months) so my father wasnt going to accept it since it wasnt in hhis name amd not know what it was/for. So my dad hasnt hasnt been paying for it because he has other bills that need to caught up also, and not having no medical on 14 different pills. That was taking money to get him by. He does need eletric and water to live! He cant even pay those bills at the moment because of my dumb brother.so some time i need to find a dish network and see of they can take the recieve amd get his money back. So my father is paying for something he didnt even set up. But i was told by the lady on the phone that once they recieve the dish that he will get the $250 back. Upsetting without notice they can do this. I have to call tomorrow to vary if the dish was purchased or not. I dont think so. Which means ill have to mail it.then wait 2 weeks for a refund! It dont take the company 2 weeks to take money they took. Ugh.

File dispute

AUTHOR: James - ()

Have your dad go to his Bank and file a Reg E dispute for his account. I'm not sure if this will help since he did authorize use of the card . That who ever sign the Dish Network contract should have explained to your father what would happen. In case of breach of contract and or failure to return equipment. Good Luck
