dish network did not inform me of the early termination fee i had a package deal with windstream comunications for phone internet and tv i moved to a different state when i call they told me they was going to charge my debit card 280 i told them i didnt authorize that and they said i did when i signed a contrart with guy i signed with who installed the service and he never stated that he could barely speak english i called customer sevice and they told me they didnt need me to authorize this they would take it anyway Nationwide

I had a contract with windstream communications for a triple service I called and cancelled my service with them when I moved to another state they do not offer service in the all of a sudden I start getting bills for dish when I called them to tell them I don't have their service they told me I owed 280 dollars for early termination and they r gonna take it from my debit card I told them I didn't authorize them to do this and they said they didn't need my ok this cant be legal

Hi I also was taken for $771 and change my thing was I was told by the sales dept that after a year if I cancelled that there was no fees for canceling after that , not only did I get the early cancelation fee but the fee for the equipment also , the sleazy thing they did to me was use a debit card that was only used to pay the dollar to hold the quote price , my wife used her debit card to set up the account after being told they were gonna hit her with a fee we got upset as we explained what was told to us prior she cancelled her card with bank , they never shipped out the return box for the equpiment so charged my debit card instead without notice ?
my bank said they cannot charge any bank debit card for collection stuff such as early fees and we after they advised me to put a stop on charges to cancel card and they will within ten days give me my money back and not send them the money , they have to go a normal collection route , they have poor customer service and lie to get you to sign up , I never read that fine print , as most don't , we take the word verbally to be the truth since they are with the company , good luck !
