Dish Satellite System Dish Auto-Pay CHANGES customer's credit card info to FALSE info Nationwide

 The Dish "Auto Pay" software CHANGES the customer's credit card information-specifically the expiration date is changed to an INCORRECT date. The customer does not know about this until the credit card is denied due to the wrong exp date. This has been going on for OVER 2 years, and Dish knows since I have complained to them. The customer is required to enroll in Auto-Pay to get the lowest rate. The customer can try to correct the date only if he makes a payment at the same time as the correction. Even then, the date is not saved over the long-term. It eventually gets "lost' and a new wrong date gets put in AGAIN. The dim-wits who answer the phone encourage making another correction(with required payment) and that's it. No recognition that the overall problem exists, not to mention that it may need to be reported to the IT half-wits who allow this to go on. It must be purposeful, since to attempt to correct the info requires an early payment.
