Diversified Consultants Incorporated is the most unethical stomach churning place I have ever worked for Tualatin Oregon

 WOW, I am so happy I have discovered this website and am finally starting to see some of my former co-workers speaking out about this abuse. I can not tell you how much of a poison ADAM FELTY is to any organization. I hope GORDON BECK has enough sense to see this as it ultimately all falls on his shoulders. It's funny that we see Erik Olson (sp?) who I remember coming to his managers defense. Mabye this hurts my case but I remember Erik asking me to come get high and grab some drinks during lunch with him. Erik your just looking for a promotion because you know you can't give ADAM FELTY what he wants because your just a male. Now, the entire DCI office knows ADAM FELTY abuses his power and tries to use it to get women employees to bend over for him, some have from what I've heard. There is one girl on his team that we would all talk about because she would spend so much time walking around the office chatting but she would still hit budget every month and is even looked at as being a potential future manager. I have actually heard that this certain girl has been passed around by a few of the boys in the management club. I have witnessed those back rubs that I have seen some of you write about. I've seen more that just one girl physically exploit herself for him. I was even told by one of them that ADAM FELTY invites many of his female subordinates over on weekend evenings in hopes of making some magic happen I can only assume. I have never witnessed such disgusting behavior from human beings, this is a man that at as many meetings as I can remember has threatened to fire all of his employees. Why there is not a group of us getting together and suing this horrible company is beyond me. I have heard the threats of "Go to HR, she works for me" as he laughs and has his disgusting tobacco spit dripping down his lip. Right before I left I remember seeing ADAM FELTY describe his favorite sexual positions while a 60 year old woman sat 15 feet away from him with an uncomfortable look on her face. I feel like this information has to get out as my family, friends and everyone that I have told about this stuff is just in utter disgust. I never really knew the actual GM who goes by the name Hugh all that well. He is kind of a soft spoken guy and it seems to all of us that he goes to ADAM for advice most of the time so I assume Hugh is just the cute 'face' of the Tualatin site because 'Adam' weighing all of 600 pounds wouldn't look good at the client meetings. I wasn't a very good collector I'll admit that, but i followed the laws as they we're stated in the FDCPA guidelines, in training I was constantly told to hang up on customers if they are not reading off their debit card numbers within 4 minutes off call. I was also told to tell they debtors that I personally am going into their "file" right now and deducting 100 points off of their credit scores, which we could not do. The trainer Kelly was very sweet and always a nice person, she didn't come across as someone that has many thoughts of her own so I assume she is just going by their orders. It's so out of whack at this place they are such amatuers, they have no idea of what a conflict of interest is. If ADAM FELTY wasn't drinking buddies with GORDON BECK from way back he wouldn't even have a job and he would be at home on disability. Hand to God, I have this man napping at his desk after a night of parting with some of his subordinates. To the select female on ADAM's team that has always "helped" him out, I hope you can sleep well at night honey, well I guess not much sleeping is going as I figure you leave his place and head over to his buddies place right? Thanks for the life lessons DCI, at first I almost got sucked into your weird little world.
