Dixie Home Crafters - Gutterguardian removed my gutters and did not re-install (took money and went out of business) Lebanon, Tennessee

From the research I have done, they are no longer in business... maybe.  I contracted through the (Dixie Home Crafters) Lebanon, TN office for my gutters. I also, contacted the patient owner, KGuard, and they stated "the equipment  furnished to them has been reteived from the locations I contacted" and there was no company for me to file a claim against.  I called the installer's phone number and someone else answered  and said they are still trying to recover, from an employee who left the company and still working out of a Nashville TN office.  I believe they closed the offices they had, but will resurface again. The person I had talked too, who had the regional repesentatives phone, has never returned my phone calls for answers.  I have sent certified letters to both the regional and coorporate offices, with all returned.  I am willing to help you with the information I have found and give you some advise as to your search for justice.  They are a distributator and all the products come from a supplier.  In my instance, KGuard.  Check your warrenty and contact the manufacturer and complain.  Maybe when they re-surface as another company, there will be enough complaints, they will not do business with these people. I wish you luck.  I have had nothing but additional cost.

Dixie Home Crafters of Chattanooga , TN installed 13 lifetime warranty windows in our home in Feb 2009 for the amount of aver $12,000. A few months ago it looks like the seal has broken and 3 of them are discolored on the inside. My husband started calling and found out that the Chattanooga branch was out of business. Is the corporate headquarters in Atlanta out of business also?
