D&L Transportation Inc David Karasch Dishonest, Poor personal service, not trustworthy Chicago Illinois

We hired DIY Transport, Inc from Youngstown, Ohio as our Broker on Dec 6, 2016 and they hired David Karasch from D&L Transportation Inc from Chicago, IL to pick up our car from Tinley Park, IL and deliver it to Bradenton, Florida. David picked up our car on Dec 9th with a commitment date of Dec 14. We kept calling him and were either ignored or given a number of excuses which included truck trouble. We even involved the police since we thought he had stolen our car and they were told he would deliver it right away and never did.

David finally delivered it 10 days late on Dec 26, 2016 and he told us we still needed to pay him in full or he would not take the car off the transport. Terrible personal service!!
