Now first off this is an email from a Will Smith from DMS Marketing please note . i have refused to speake to them over the phone because i wanted everything in writing .

i had hit a ruff spot and needed a $300 so i was dumb and got a payday loan on line from this company. they deducted $180 form my checking account on two different pay days thats $360 .

When i tried to call and see if i was paid up or if there was a balance due i called the number i was given in an email well i had to leave a message no one returned my call i tried about 10 differnt times to reach someone at differnt times of the day and left messages everytime no one ever called me back. well then i stopped payment on that account so they tried to take $660 out of my account and i filed to get that money back which i did.

I dont understand how a $300 loan is going to cost $1020. they are now telling if i dont make payment arrangments they will take extream messures against my social security number.

i asked this Will Smith what that ment and he will not tell me what he is threating me with. now he says for me to stop all emails. I dont know what they can do . can someone help me and point me in the right direction?

Please cease all email contact immediately. This matter will be handled without your participation. I have filed a motion to move forward to proceed against you for the reimbursement of the balance(s) in full plus all additional fees based off of your involuntary as well as uncooperative actions. You are involved in a very serious matter that has escalated in this office. It is your best interest for either you or the person representing you to reach me by telephone immediately to prevent further action. You have until 7/20/07 by 4pm CST to do so. If no communication is received then I will automatically be forced to assume that you are giving me the authority to make the final decision regarding this matter. There is an enormous record of how many times the company has tried to reach you or communicate with you through email with no known response with payment arrangements. Again, I have NOT heard from your legal representation and have received no payment that would interrupt further action. Please call me while you still have the opportunity to resolve this matter on your own. Call me right away at 1-800-859-6439 ext 477. Thank you.
