DOBA Total Rip Off And Rude Customer Service By Paul Utah

I would just like to say that the customer service agaent named Paul is the rudest agent from the start at this company. I did notget two words in before his outrageous rudeness started in. Wow Doba I would expect better. Really shows me in the 3 days that I have been on your site how this union is going to go. Not so good. On March 22nd 2014 I signed up for a free 7 day trial with Doba wanting to sell on ebay to make some extra money at home for my children and I. That was a Sat night and on Monday morning I had a call from a salesman and sold me for $350 for 15 months and it sounded okay and worth the investment and I really didn't know I was not on the 7 day trial anymore till this started. Thought I still had a couple days to think about it and was never told really that I was not. After I really got on and pushed stuff to market by the elite reports top sellers if they had any for one. I started to compare the pricing and I saw that I would be the last person on e bay to even get a bid because my prices were so high. I only did a small mark up and there will be fees and paypal fees to boot I thought. So basically if anyone was desperate they would enjoy my volunteer time and $ I put into this investment. My monthly income for me and my boys is $1600. $350 in one day is most of that right. All sounds good but when you really get into this and see the sales data which I am a salesperson myself it sucks bad. So please BEWARE. I called in the next day n March 25th and I got the most unfriendly Paul. He immediately explained to me in a hostile way that I was an idiot to think that I would still be on my trial since I upgraded. Well most places let you go thru your trial and then start your upgrade in case there is a problem. He had only a hostile tone the whole time that I could not listen to his insults anymore. I did let him know he was an a****** at the end and he probably enjoyed that. I know I am out the $350 but you don't have to be so please do not upgrade with DOBA ever. Try your free trial and get out on the 5th day to be safe. Unless you get Paul you better have a swig of whiskey before you call even though you are protected. Also, they sell your info and you have 100 phone calls with messages on your phone in a day. Called harrasement and I will turn that into my WA State Attorney Generals office which we are protected in this state of. I will send in all my info as well to them and see if they can find a loop hole in the next couple days before the 6th day is up. They are awesome in WA and hate scammers.They work fast for you.Don't get a middle man just find a supplier.
