Doba Drop shipping,

  I signed up for free and then they convinced me to sign up for their sales online store so I could sell on facebook and E-bay.  I was promised a refund of my investment if I kept the business for 1 year, which expired on Jan. 6th 2014.  I asked for my refund and they said I did not meet the requirements of the terms and agreements.  My website stopped working 2 months before I cancelled my business with them.  I was not able to get the website running again so I never sold anything for 2 months.  I did not make the profits they promised. Thier Sales reps just wanted to make a sale so they would tell you anything to get you to buy into Doba.  I never received the refund and now am not able to access the Doba Website to get a tax deduction on what I did purchase.  They did say my investment was tax deductible.    Please help me out.  Thank You!  Mary

   I am not satisfied with this response.  I don't recall that part of the contract but even if that is the case, my website stopped working on the Push to Market Place so that is why I was not able to sell anything.  I don't think my website was functioning properly and your service department did not explain things very clearly.  They only told me that I had to wait till my expiration date of 1 year before I could collect my refund.  I think they did not want me tu get upset so they did not explain this logging in 4 times per year.    Still very disapointed and will never recommend Doba to anyone.                      Mary

When you sign up for an annual account with Doba we provide you with a money back guarantee on services if you are no successful. This guarantee does have one stipulation though, you must log in to your Doba account at least four times per month to qualify.
