Doctor Prabha Viralam Albuterol Abusive Doctor She wrote a presciption for a dangerous drug to a 65 year old woman without any knowledge of history Palm Beach Gardens Florida

On 6/27/16 our Mother went to see Dr. Viralam, Prabha Congestion and bad chest pains. My Mother hasn't been to the Doctor for a couple years and never really had a primary doctor since her youngest was born. Before the Doctor checked her history or did a full exam, she prescibed my Mother 4 Medications based on a diagnosis without any lab results. She had a coming appointment for bloodwork. Wouldn't you think all the tests should be done before you prescibe something that may kill them? Any good Doctor would. She was prescribed Albuterol,medrol,singulair and zithromax. My mother had high blood pressure, swelling on her ankles and feet and bloodspots very visable on her arms. When she came home with her prescription I advised her not to take the albuteral based on the fact that I was once prescribed that and I got all the side affects on the first dose and threw it out. She said she will try it since the doctor prescribed it. She took it as prescibed and about a week later started to feel the side affects.

On July 13th 2017 she left work with a pain in the neck so she drove straight to the Gardens Hospital Emergency Room and Passed away from a massive heart attack. They tried to save her but failed twice. I have done my homework after she passed away and Albuterol has many class actions against it because of so many deaths because of the dangerous side effects. You would think a Doctor with half a brain would look at the condition of my mother and take account that she was 65 and had a hard time walking, and swollen ankles from high blood pressure and blood spots on her arms that she would pay careful attention to to these visual health problems and see if its safe for someone in her condition but no she did not. My mother is loved and missed by 30 generatons of children,teachers and most of all missed by her family. We lost my father to renal cell carcinoma October 14th 2014 and to lose her so soon after was tragic. I can't imagine the fear she had as she drove to the hospital right before she suffered her Albuterol induced heart attack. How she made it all the way there without getting into an accident or dying on the way we can only say she had strong will and wanted to make it there safe without hurting anyone. I tried to get a lawyer to take this case but they told me I will have to take it to civil or pay a lawyer a lot of money to fight it because my sister and I are over 25 and there is a Statute that protects the doctors from a malpractice suit so they can continue to get paid by BIG PHarma to write prescriptions and kill more people. Someone please help me change this law and put her behind bars.
