I upgraded an account I had with them and specifically told them I did not want the full amount taken out of my account but that I wanted it done monthly which was an option I was offered.

$251.00 was removed from my account and I have tried for several days to get the refund and have been told by Chuck Nelson that it will be coming and he's making me go through ridiculous steps to get it refunded that are unnecessary and certainly NOTHING I had to do for them to steal the money from my account.

I get a very slow response and have been called a LIAR and that this is what I requested which is a lie in itself and complete FRAUD!

Chuck Nelson is a thief and the entire company bases itself on stealing from it's customers and acting like they requested for them to take it!!

The product is good, but Chuck Nelson should not be employed there and their customer service reps are nothing but crooks!

Docusign Liars and Thieves

AUTHOR: George costas - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, January 25, 2010

While naming names can be dangerous to individuals, naming companies who refuse to work with their clients and create these kinds of toxic relationships get everything they deserve.  Companies like Docusign thrive on uninformed consumers and new clients who continue to get caught up in their manipulative dealings.  While the service they provide is legitimate, there are many other e sign firms who don't create the kind of bad blood with their (former) clients that Docusign does.  Why take a chance?

It takes time

AUTHOR: Anne - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, May 15, 2009

I have had to request refunds from companies and am usually told it will take up to 15 business days to get a refund to my credit card. I have never had a company not refund my money. This is normal business practice and it appears that the person who filed this complaint is over the top in slandering Mr.Chuck Nelson. He is simply doing his job as his company requires. I suspect that she was never called a liar or any other abusive name as Mr. Nelson is undoubtably a trained employee that works within his company's guidelines. It would be interesting to see the email stream between her and this man. I'm guessing there is a significant overreaction taking place here and that Mr. Nelson may have a case against her for slander.

There are ALWAYS multiple sides to every story!

Please be careful with accusations that you might not be able to back up, and be aware of the damage you might cause to others as well as yourself.

Understand that maybe this man was doing his JOB. Maybe he missunderstood what you wanted, and tried to fix it, You are RUINING this man's proffesional reputation. Does he have children? This economy won't be very nice to them. Even if it is some woman's fault that his children don't get to go out with their friends or anything like that because YOU ruined his reputation. So in turn you ruined his childs life. Well, did he get fired, I certainly hope not, and if he did, you are particularily dreadful, especially if you got your money back. This is my opinion, but i do hope you take this report off. So, do what you think is right. I hope you have a change of heart. I am just trying to understand the other side, because how do you determine anything without knowing all the options.
