After enrolling in Nancy Richards Dog training institute I was forwarded a series of emails giving advice on training my Australian Kelpie dog.  These were quite informative and convinced me to buy a more comprehensive course.  Cost was $37.00 (allegedly reduced from $67.00)  The course cost was described as "one off".  The links attached to the emails were hard sell advertisements offering an advanced dog training course for $37..00 per month.  When purchasing the course I declined the advanced course and opted for the single payment course.

Subsequently an email arrived  giving me the links to access the course I had purchased. When entering the user name and password access was rejected owing to "User name and password not matching" After reporting this I was sent a new password. Again this did not gain access.  The next email gave me a ticket number - a long series of letters and numbers which I cut and pasted to the access site. Again this did not work.

After several tries I became suspicious and found details of Nancy Richard's activities on Ripoff and other web pages.

I have advised my credit card  bank to reject any further attempts from these people to my card.  Future dog training will be gained from books from my local library.  My use of  unknown companies will be assisted by accessing Ripoff beforehand.
