Dogwish Foundation -No- Service Dog for our Down Syndrome son Winchester California

We needed a service dog for our Down Syndrome son.  We contacted Bob Taylor at Dogwish foundation and we went to his location to talk to him about a german shepard for him.  We got there he not only talked a good talk about his service dog program, but also talked us into a service dog for our daughter that is hearing impaired.  So, we would pay $10,000.00 for our son's dog and $5000.00 for our daughters dog.  We would take the dogs for a couple of weeks and then take them back to him for more training.  We noticed that our son's dog was getting more scared everytime we picked him up.  Our daughters dog was not improving at all.  When we decided not to take the dogs back to him and told him that we wanted our money back.  It was because our son's dog was so scared that he shook when out in public with anyone other than the family.  So we now have two german shepards that are not service dogs and can't be taken out in public.  Our daughter's dog is a little nipper and likes to bit people heals.  She has hip and shoulder problems so bad.  Our vet had never seen a dog in this bad condition.  Our daughters dog suffers everyday and our son's dog is always at home because of the trauma of him being around people.  We want people to know what a bad business this is and never to trust Bob Taylor.  He is a conartist and he will take your money and never train the dog that you need or your kids need.  When we got additional training for our son's dog to get him to be able to walk out of our home.  We was told by other trainers and our vet that his dog was beaten down and had his spirit broken.  Bob Taylor abused our dog to the point he is no good for anything other than a house dog.  We can't even have guests over because it is too traumatic for our son's dog.
