then when they run retail sales, which they always do, the listed original price is above msrp for product...shop around you will see it is true. additionally, the hourly staff hasnt had a raise in pay in years but they added tens of thousands if tv upgrades and the owner takes a couple week international vacation annually but her employees go without. there are even single mothers denied compensation or time off for afore mentioned discounts but are considered higher level stylists but are still on government assistance because dolce doesnt care or compensate. if current employees could talk they would confirm this and former employees are so fed up they dont bother reporting. but i will and am.

It is very said that if you do not fit in with Dolce click you are done. You will be picked on. Not writing clearly, your belt falling off ect There needs to me more of a team sprite here.
Apparently someone trying to kill their sprite. They spend a lot of money going to school this is their passion. There should be no Drama.
My suggestion to you get some mature mangers with experience. Like your competitor
If your employees are not happy then your clients are not going to be happy. It carries though in performance and attitude.
And before going to work for someone I found you should them out. Just like they check you out
