Dolphin Carpet, Dolphin Carpet and Tile are Incompetent Miami, Coral Springs, Florida

Dolphin Carpet and Tile company are incompetent rip-offs! They cannot install marble tile -- even after you show them how you want it done properly. They installed a floor in my bathroom - get this --- twice! Both times there were cracked tiles & lippage problems.   The installers did not do it correctly - both times! The second installation was at their cost, but installing it properly didn't seem to matter to them!

Final dealings with the companies higher echelon were fruitless.  The VP of Operations, Ron Schaefer comes to my house and say's the floor is installed correctly - even after I show him the cracks and lippage.  His response -- "You should see the lippage on the tile in my house, this is nothing".  He refused to do anything & walked out!  A Real Jerk he was. 

I paid extra money to have them install the marble tile.  That extra money (I paid) is so they would install it properly.  Yes, it takes longer to install marble tile correctly.  Dolphin hires installers with little or no real experience.  The installers are right off the boat from So. America or some other place & hardly speak English.  They do not have any pride in their workmanship.  They have little or no knowledge of proper tile installation techniques & procedures. 

I even went out & purchased a special level and let the installer use it for the second installation of my tile.  The installer's response when I asked him how he liked using the level? -- "I don't like it.  It takes too long".  He didn't use it much at all.  No kidding! In summation... DO NOT USE Dolphin Carpet & Tile to install anything in your home or you will in all honesty.... Regret it!  They advertise that "they do it right".... That is the farthest thing from the truth.

Dolphin owner Jeff Katz lies on television when he says that in their commercials! I'm sure they will rebut this & say I am unreasonable.  I'm sorry - I want tile installed properly - not installed wrong.  They cannot do that for me or anybody else!!
