DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, they are the worst!  took my money and did absolutly no repairs - mold and lead paint throughout house!  made me and my childens sick!

They refuse to give me my security deposit back.. had to clean the house when I moves in, and they will not repair, the heat don't work and the roof leak.. and basement flood in the rain.. these are all the reasons i had to move!

The reason I chose to defend my friend (the tenant)

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, January 20, 2012

The same water issue occurred in my townhouse, I currently reside in, which is managed through Hendersen Webb. They resolved the issue withIn two days. Ms Ingram suffers from Depression, due to tragic events she encountered within the past few years. I chose to be her voice on the original report that was filed on here. Mr BeVier I was only relaying SOME FACTS, which in my eye sight is not considered gross misrepresentation. Ms Ingram and her 3 children appreciates the bottles of water that were supplied from your company. Once again I apologize for any misunderstandings/ misinterpretation of my original post.

I apologize for submitting the post! From the tenant's friend

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, January 19, 2012

This is the tenant's friend that wrote the post yesterday. I was out of line for doing such a thing. Just was going off from what I observed. My friend (the tenant) did let me know, they are making progress with the water issue. Hopefully things will be back to normal soon.

Property Manager's Report

AUTHOR: Jack BeVier - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, January 19, 2012

Ms Ingram,

To read this report is shocking, but moreso really disappointing. This is what has actually transpired:

December 15, 2012 - Maintenance ticket created reporting low water pressure, not indicated to be an emergency

January 16, 2012 - Additional maintenance ticket created, water pressure is non-existent, One of our employees calls the City to verify that there was not a water main break, City calls us back 5 hours later and states that the problem must be on our side of the water meter

January 17, 2012 - Our technician visits the property and discovers that water was coming from the meter but not into the house, Our maintenance supervisor brought you bottled water to help tide you over through the situation, You called Roto Rooter who called us with an extremely high quote

January 18, 2012 - We sent our licensed plumber to the property, who discovered that the water main needs to be replaced

January 19, 2012 - Our plumber did the work and you will have running water by tonight or by latest tomorrow.

I can certainly understand a level of frustration with any negative situation, but to file an anonymous, permanent report stating that we were neglectful in our handling of the situation is a gross misrepresentation.

I await the filing of your update to your report.

I Agree with Fred!!

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 18, 2012

My Family and I have been experiencing inadequate water and extreme low water pressure in all faucets throughout the the house for 5 days now. The water pipe is broken outside, underground. They refuse to get a reputable plumbing company to repair/ replace the pipe. Imagine not being able to take a shower, bathe, and wash your hair for 5 days in the comfort of your own home. I suggested that they get a Plumbing company to resolve this issue immediately and they refuse to do so.

Not an ounce of truth. What a shame.

AUTHOR: Jack BeVier - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, February 15, 2010

This post was made by George Wise of Baltimore, MD. He and his son, George Wise Jr, have been doing plumbing work for my company for a few years. Until recently, we trusted George and thought him to be an honorable plumbing and HVAC specialist. During the review of our 2009 management statements, we found that he and his son have not been looking out for our best interests, but instead have been pro-actively creating work tickets and overcharging our company.

It gets better. When we called him to discuss the issues, he tried to completely THROW HIS OWN SON under the bus. He told us that he knew his son wasn't ready to do maintenance for us, but that we somehow insisted that we use him.

We estimate that George and his son stole approximately $10-$15K from Dominion in 2009 alone. As a result, we refused to pay the $1500 of invoices that he submitted in his last week of working for us in January 2010. George is a coward and a liar. And by the way, he's also an alcoholic and I'm guessing he wrote these posts in an angry drunken stupor.

If you have any questions, PLEASE call me at 410.353.5667. Its my cell phone and I'd be happy to speak with you. There isn't an ounce of truth to any of this "anonymous" posting.

I apologize to RipOffReport.com, which I believe to be an honest and well-intentioned website. It is unfortunate that it can be sometimes abused. Thank you.
