I bid for almost a year, came close then last minutes would loose out.
The sales staff would call and give me a second chance, but the price was usually way out of line for a salvage vehicle.
I became suspicious about the their process of sales staff calling and offering a second chance bids
on a regular basis.
I decided being that the 90 days had I decided retrieve my bidding deposit.
I was an active bidder for the entire time, never got what I wanted.
I went online in January 2013 and requested my deposit be returned.
I kept checking my American Express statements. Nothing from Salvage World as to a credit.
I called in February talked to Tony, said he would walk back to finance and get it processed today.
I followed up with a call every week until today.
His staff say he is at lunch, take my number say he will return the call, nothing.
Now they put me on hold not knowing who I am and after 10 to 20 minutes disconnect the call.
