Attention to all potential buyers and sellers in the greater Palm Springs area beware of a very dangerous and unethical real estate agent who works for Fathom Realty by the name of Don Sutcliffe. He has committed domestic violence and ripped off over 15 women in both America and Canada and maybe in the U.S. illegally. He is being investigated for both short-sale fraud and tax evasion and owes the Canadian Government over 2 million dollars that is correct over 2 million dollars.
Don Sutcliffe is an extremely dangerous man with a very bad past for both beating women, stealing from them and doing whatever it takes to defraud his clients. Do not in any circumstances work with him as you too will become a victim of his. He specializes in luring Canadians investors into buying and investing into the Palm Springs area through his front called "Invest in USA Real Estate"! Please be careful as we too were a victim of Don Sutcliffe's unscrupulous business practices.
