To be honest with you I seriously would look else where if I were you Don Whites Timonium, Maryland Chrysler Jeep and Dodge Ram is a Big RIPOFF !!! They are CROOKS !!!! and CON - ARTIST !!! 2-25-2014 I tried to purchase a 2014 White Jeep Wrangler from a young sales man named Justin Taylor because the sales man I was suppose to do business with was a guy name Derek who was not there and was off so Justin Taylor worked with me and took Derek place to try and get me into a 2014 Jeep Wrangler.
Please note I have bought a 2009 Jeep Wrangler from Don Whites Before from a salesman name Michael Hall who probably was one of the best sale man there under there old management and at the time I was in a injury vehicle accident and had a structured settlement so Don Whites agreed to put me into a 2009 New Jeep wrangler for 3 weeks on the agreement I pay them there total for the Jeep on a 4 week agreement when the settlement arrived not a problem in 2009 I payed them $23,777.00 cash in 2009 .
But just recently Don Whites Jeep undergone renovation to their dealership so I figure I try this again and purchase a New 2014 Jeep Wrangler under the same guideline because I had another structured settlement that was to arrive in a few weeks so Don White again put me into a 2014 Jeep Wrangler that I agreed to pay them from my settlement total balance due of $ 33,000.00 . Not a problem I thought but I was wrong !!! I had signed all the agreements and when my settlement offer was suppose to arrive I pay Don Whites there balance for the Jeep but my attorney Mr.Costello of Towson ,Maryland told me I had to wait longer that the settlement was not suppose to a arrive in a few months and when I told Don Whites then they wanted there Jeep Back because they could not wait that long for payment .
I am confused back in 2009 Don Whites waited 4 weeks for there money and I didn't not have problem but 2014 it seem to be a problem to be honest they have new management and they pretty much SUCK !!!! When I was there a few months prior and I was working with a sale man name Derek Derek had had told me he could make the deal work he want to his finance guy then came back to me and said if I had $10,000.00 down the banks would look at me plus my Jeep payment would be $350-$450.00 Derek try, getting into the Jeep then Don Whites didn't put me into a Jeep that day cause they need proof or a rewards letter from my attorney .
But on 2-25-2014 Don Whites salesman Justin Taylor and his sale manager Buddy and a salesman name Rob want to Mr.White to put a good word in and they put me into a new 2014 Jeep but when they found out they had to wait a little longer the sales manager wanted his vehicle back unfortunately I had a death in my family my mother passed away and I drove to San Diego to visit my brother then want to Bay Point, California I had called the sales manager Buddy Lamont to see if we could work out another deal so he tried calling a few banks to finance me with $10,000.00 down on the original deal I had with sale man Derek but probably 25 minutes later sales manger Buddy calls me back and says no one would approve me and they wanted all of it down .
Now I know that original deal with Derek was a bunch of bull crap !!! So the sales Manager Buddy Lamont threatens me I didn't know you be traveling all the way to California and putting males on my vehicle and I needed to get that vehicle back to them a.s.a.p. or they would call the police. So I told the sales manager we never signed any agreement where I could drive the vehicle he had a very threaten tone in his voice and also Rob and Justin the other sales man called bombing my cell phone and threaten me The sale manager Buddy Lamont and sale man Derek ,Justin ,Rob said I should give them $ 500 dollars and buy them lunch because they look out for me and put there jobs in line helping me out ...
so called a new attorney he told me to park the Jeep and take the insurance off immediately that I was not responsible for any damage on the vehicle that by federal law they should of never put me into that vehicle that it was consider a straw deal !!!! So Buddy Lamont the sales manager said not for to drive the vehicle and put any more miles on it that on there now and that Mr. White was making agreements for transporter to arrive at my ex-girlfriends to pick it up in Bay Point ,California.
to be honest with you this happened to me in 2009 sales man Michael Hall and the old sales manager and finance guy pressured me to give them $500.00 dollars cause they said they worked hard and pull strings to get me into the 2009 Jeep and even buy the dealership lunch across the street at some sub shop !!! I am legally disable they took advantage of me in 2009 between the sales manger and sales man I lost $2,000.00 finance guy $700 and lunch $100 total $2,800.00 . So seriously I personally would truly look elsewhere to purchase a vehicle Don Whites is not the place to buy a vehicle !!!!
