Mental issues, are best addressed by YOUR psychiatrist, which I am not one.

:LOOK at YOURSELF

:LOOK at your business practices

:LOOK at the guise you rent your homes under.  "Exum Bonding Corporation" OWNS your homes

:LOOK at your spiteful response, to KNOWING what you do

and lastly

:LOOK in the court records, of all the individuals you have screwed over in the past, who would GLADLY testify against you.

This report, which has just been brought to my attention, is based on false and inaccurate information.  After entering into a standard lease agreement with this individual, it very quickly became obvious that this person had problems keeping up with rent payments almost immediately.  As each month was paid late, this person left cowardly, verbally abusive, bullying voicemails, thus exhibiting underlying mental health issues.  Since this was supposed to be a business relationship only, eventually renting to this person was not worth the constant headache of having to deal with their constant mental issues each month, and I had to give notice to vacate the premises.  After giving the standard notice to vacate the premises per the terms of the lease, this person would not move out.  I had to have the Sheriff remove them from the premises.  I then found that the house was left in very bad condition, well beyond normal wear-and-tear, and the grass was grown well above the windows.  The shrubs were overgrown to the roof.  This person is disgruntled because I had to hire a team of people to restore the home and the landscaping to the condition it was in upon their occupancy.  I then had to sue for reimbursement for the damages.  

Now, continuing the cowardly act, this person chooses to hide behind a series of nonsensical letters as a nickname, rather than reveal their true identity, because anyone would be able to look in the Civil Court's records, to verify this story, and see that they are clearly at fault.  

Furthermore, I would like to caution against both personal slander and slander against a business that has nothing to do with the rental of this home.  Even with a mental deficiency, you may still incur liability and damages for damaging someone's good name, or the good name of a business with a good reputation and longevity in the community.  Please, I urge you to seek the mental help you need.
