DOUBLE TAKE GOT MY CAR TICKETED AND THREATENED TO CALL COPS WHEN WANTED REFUND!!! BUFFALO New York

I went there on 29th January, 2015. It was my first time visit to this salon. The time was 5.30pm. Because it was dark and snowing heavily, i was not sure of their parking. So i parked in the lot adjacent to the salon, went in and the first thing i asked to the girl who was right before the door was, " I parked in this lot. Is that ok?" She said, "in that lot? Yeah that's fine" Then i had haircut and facial done. Afterwards, i just ran into my car, cleaned the side windows a bit and started driving. After few minutes i noticed a parking ticket right on the glass. At that weather i was not able to go back to that salon.

So i reached home and called the girl, who provided me service and told her details. She put me on hold and spoke to the girl whom i met at the door and who told me it was ok to park in there (Her name is Jala. She happens to be the sister of the owner and she's running this salon). Right then Jala remembered that a lady from the Church next door came and asked whether any of their customers parked there. She said, she completely forgot about me and said No. then the church people called police and they ticketed me $50.00. I didn't even know that it was not the parlor's parking, it was the parking lot of the Church.

The next day i went to the salon with the ticket with me. Showed them and they completely refused that it was their fault. They said i shouldn't have parked in there. They totally ignored the fact that, i asked them whether i can park in there and they said, yes. Jala and other girls together were totally humiliating me in front of the other clients there. When i was bargaining about it, they threatened that they 'll call 911 if i don't leave. I just picked up my 17 months old from the day care and she was on my lap. All that i started thinking is, cops will come and drag me along with my baby girl. I can never let it happen to her. I left the salon in tears.

Firstly, telling me parking in the lot was alright was totally their mistake. Secondly, when a Church individual came in to enquire, they gave out wrong information and said none of their customers is parking there.  Thirdly, they completely abused me when I went to claim they should pay for the ticket.  The service is bad, so is the environment. On top of everything, they are total fraud. Not to mention that they take cash and don't give receipt out to most of the clients. I'm not sure how much they report to IRS at all.
