I have played Doubledown for many years now. This is concerning my mobile cell phone game. I buy chips about 3 times a year. I spend $100.00 each time. On Sunday July 27, 2014 I entered a tournment. During the tournment when I would win it would not add it to my winning (tournment winnings not my chips)

I logged off and logged back on. I tried to play again and it still did not work. I left the game and went about my day. Sunday night I went in to see if everything had fixed itself. It showed I had $183,000 left out of 19 million.!

When I contacted them ( I still have all emails, I will store them for a class action suit) They said "

Hi Guest,

A response for your issue has been provided.

We are sorry to hear you were disconnected while playing tournaments on your mobile device. After you are disconnected, you will be able to re-enter the tournament by selecting tournaments in the casino lobby. You should be prompted with a box that shows you are in an active tournament, you can enter your active tournament by selecting "okay". Please note that this prompt will only show after the first disconnection. "

THIS HAD NOTHING to do with my problem!

They also suggested:

5. If still not working at this point, we suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

6. If you have not updated your device the latest version of iOS, please do so.

Hopefully this information will help resolve future disconnect problems.

Thank you for contacting us and best of luck in the casino!

I responded again through my desktop computer, they quickly corrected me telling me to contact them via my mobile phone.I got on my mobile phone and again explained my missing money (chips) I also had uninstalled and reinstalled Doubledown casino as per their request !...this is what they said...
