Dr. Arthur Glosman runs a full service Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry Practice located in Beverly Hills, CA. The basic business model is all about superior service and quality patient care. The business was built on giving and creating an extraordinary experience for patients from the moment they walk in to the moment they walk out. The service offering and process is simple: new patients come in and select the work that they want, they get to try dental work with temporary cement. When they love it, they sign off on the work and then permanent cement is used. The practice is fully concentrated at all times to make sure that the patient is comfortable and satisfied during every phase of the process.

When asked to describe a circumstance in the past when a patient was dissatisfied, Dr. Arthur Glosman provided this example:

"In 2009 a patient picked a color of veneer that she liked and agreed to it. She signed off on it. After I cemented those veneers, a month later she decided she wanted them even lighter. Based on her pre-existing medical condition, her teeth were already severely worn down……I’m very conservative with my dentistry. I do not aggressively prep teeth down. She already had worn down teeth. I did all of my conservative work, cemented the beautiful teeth on. She was as happy as a clam. She took photos, headshots. She called me and wrote me letters about how beautiful and wonderful everything is. All of a sudden something clicked in her mind about having them whiter than they already were. I explained to the patient that it would not be in her best interest to remove and redo perfectly beautiful veneers that she had picked and approved because it would do more harm than help her teeth due to her pre existing dental condition. She ran the risk of multiple root canals if her teeth were touched to many times. I had to do what was in her best interest and that was to leave her beautiful teeth alone. My goal is not only to make my patients happy from a cosmetic point of view but to keep them healthy from a medical point of view.”

This is not a common complaint for the practice, just a rare example of a patient receiving exactly what she wanted, and then suddenly changing her mind a few months later out of the blue. She had every opportunity to let me know what she wanted modified, before the veneers were permanently cemented. She said she loved the color and shape, and wouldn't change a thing, that’s all I can go on. The reason there are very few complaints is due to the processes in place to have continuous contact with each patient before the final work is started.

Ripoff Report (((REDACTED))) offending words and false accusations/statements because we found what was posted to be completely false and ridiculous.. If the posting was true, there would have been legitimate proof or some sort of documentation. The claims were absolutely ridiculous. Ripoff Report was not sent any evidence for the claims the author of the Report below made. As a matter of policy, when a business joins the Corporate Advocacy, Business Remediation and Customer Satisfaction Program, .. Ripoff Report always emails everyone that filed a complaint so the member business could make things right with them…  our program calls for the member business to err on the side of the customer. It is our opinion, the Report below is bogus. Ripoff Report had a 3rd party verifier inspected the offices of Dr. Arthur Glosman who was found to be an extremely qualified and legitimate Dentist with the credentials and experience supporting this fact. If the doctor was that bad, Ripoff Report would have negative Reports about Dr. Arthur Glosman from real patients. Why? because Dr Arthur Glosman’s Ripoff Report below has been listed on Ripoff Report at the top of Google since 2010. If Dr Arthur Glosman was in any way bad, more patients would have posted comments or filed new Ripoff Reports. Take the report below with a grain of salt.

About a year ego, i paid Dr, Arthur Glosman DDS, of Beverly Hills, Ca, over $30,000 in cash, for a new porcelain veneers. At first he was super nice, as soon as i paid the full amount in cash, up front, per his request, he changed drastically! He totally DESTROYED my teeth! I now have gray shade of teeth/veneers, i have a lot of pain in discomfort, my veneers are so poor quality, thy keep falling, i can't eat any hard food, i lost 15 pounds eating mostly soft baby/like food, if i sink my teeth in to apple, or nuts, or bread, the teeth/veneers fall off! I am sad, cry a lot, do not smile like i use to. When i confronted Dr, Arthur Glosman DDS, he immediately requested another $40,000 in cash, and for me to sign a declaration that he prepared stating that i will not take legal action against him! As soon as i refused to sign that paper he refused to take care of my teeth/ per his agreement, life time warranty! I am now filling class action case, we have so far 6 unsatisfied x patients of Dr, Arthur Glosman DDS, of Beverly Hills, Ca, and, Las Vegas, Nevada, please contact me if you want to come aboard, help us put this dentist out of business! Thank you.
