As the owner of Dr. Diesel, we are absolutely appalled that this former employee has gone to these measures after every single tool was given to this man to succeed in our organization. I will respond the best I can given the poor grammar (which clearly you do not have to know how to write if posting on Rip Off Report)of each complaint of this former employee:

1. These guys will steal from you.they will sell you a part,put the new one on theres and make your part look refreshing and new then sell you back your own part.- Baseless and false, all of our parts are brand new from the dealers in the area, and paid for upfront. Infact, this former employee should know since he was the only mechanic in the shop ordering and replacing parts. The truth is we hired him because of his "expertise", he was solely the only employee at our shop. Infact when he quit he had the "customers" he brought to us pay the balance of the bills directly to him instead of us....nice touch.  

2. they will use your truck to move there trailers around steal your fuel,lights tires.- Again there could be only one person that would have access to do this which would be this employee who's falsely accusing our business.

3.they have zero respect for there employees,there customers,the public or there neighbors.- How is this for respecting our employees, $1200 per week (while begging this man to put in a full 40 hour work week) in salary with 1 hour paid lunch breaks, and the only thing we ask is you get the job done. This former employee didn't even work for us for a full year and expected paid sick days and paid vacations/time off. Also all the money that was loaned to this employee which will never be paid back. As for the customers, this employee STOLE THE ONE CUSTOMER WE HAD BRINGING IN REVENUE IN OUR SHOP once he quit.

As far as the neighbors are concerned here is the real kicker, this former employee rented the shop next door and is doing everything he can to sabtoage our business.

Rip off Report has done an incredible amount of damage to our business to allow this report to be published without verifying any information first. We actually lost a major customer this week and couldn't figure out why until we searched our name on Google thank you Rip Off Report for all the good you do for small business. Instead of our business prospering I guess my lawyers will prosper even more.

Then we wonder what is tearing our country apart...
