Dr Soot Chiminey Sweep Over charged above the confirmed quote and not showing up or communicating Nampa Idaho

I hired Dr. Soot to clean my 2 fireplaces and chimney. When Dr. Soot arrived they gave me a quote of 160.00 because of the age and structure of the 1^st fireplace. Dr. Soot then quoted me 200.00 for the chimney, which needed to be repaired. Dr. Soot looked at the second fireplace to have a “real on site” quote.  Dr. Soot stated this fireplace was a lot easier and had not been used much so the maximum quote would be $60 -$80. I scheduled a re-visit to have the second fireplace cleaned and chimney crown rebuilt for the October 28^th, 2014.  I work so I left a check for my elderly parents to give Dr. Soot when the job was complete.

When I returned home on the 28^th of October, I found the job was not complete, there was a hug garbage bag full of garbage left on the street side of the roof and instead of the check being 280 total was now $350.  Dr. Soot demanded a check from my Mother that day.  Dr. Soot told my Mother that they would be back the next day to finish the job, October 29^th.  They did not show nor did they call to inform us that they were not coming or reschedule.  I tried to call Dr. Soot several times and the call was never returned to me by Dr. Soot.

11/04/2014, I left a message requested a call back regarding the date and time the job would be completed, as well as giving a dead line of Friday 11/07/2014 to either finish the job or call to reschedule, giving them 72 hours to respond to me. I also explained my disappointment with Dr Soot, the problem with leaving trash the roof, not returning my calls, as well that the charge being $70 more than the agreed amount.

11/07/2014, they called a family member who had been with me at the time of the first job. Who also had nothing to do with this situation or job and does not live in this town. I attempted to call again, but once again no return. 

Dr. Soot left a voice message with my family member, previously stated, stating they would be back on 11/10/2014 to finish the job.  Which they did start and left for a several hours, coming back for approximately a ½ hour.

Dr. Soot came to the door to let my Mother know they were finished. My Mother contacted me to come to talk the Penny with Dr. Soot.  I expressed concern that the charge was $70 more than the agreed amount.

In this business dealing with Dr. Soot, I have been lied to regarding the quote amount and completion of the job dates, my elderly parents taken advantage of when I was not here, and have been treated disrespectfully repeated times by Penney the owner of Dr. Soot, being told my being overcharged was tough, that she had family problems and I will just have to deal with it.
