Dr tamara l palmer Very dismissive doctor who I believe doesn't care at all about patients Milford Massachusetts

The office staff is very rude and very unprofessional.

The doctor even on occasion, when asked about a possible surgery needed and what her patients' experiences were like relayed that she had one individual patient that 'never is happy with anything.' If you are a patient there, are you going to be talked about as she did with this said patient?  Not professional at all.

Furthermore, no apologies are made to rectify any problems there. The doctor has ignored attempts to rectify the matter via letter, emails and verified calls.

In my opinion, after 5 years of going to this doctor, she worries more about getting the clients in and out, at this juncture (as she has grown her business), than what her office staff says and does to them. The doctor and her staff show no remorse and do not care as evidenced in the lack of getting back to someone.

It is in my personal opinion that you will be treated very quickly, without concern for anything else that comes up.

You additionally are required to list all your symptoms on an Apple tablet. The doctor doesn't even look at the list of symptoms that are new. Her level of caring for the patient like she had years ago, has deteriorated as her office grew.  

There are other chiropractors out there that actual do care about how the patient is treated. I have proof this is not one of them.
