Called on a home lock out. The tech started trying to pry open door with what looked like a screwdriver. Tried many different tools. Was told his locksmith kit was stolen a week prior. After several attempts he told me the only option was drill out the locks. I was left with damaged door frame and now had to purchase locks. He told me he could give better discount if I paid cash. and he wasnt scamming me at all.
Customer service non existant and no physical business address. PO BOX. Owner/manager not returning calls or emails. They claim to guarantee their work and are about customer satifaction, we have seen or heard nothing. They even use the city logo on thier site giving a false sense of security.Reputable locksmith told us it should never have been drilled and if the had to it would have been replaced by them. Big differnce in work ethic. Draper key n locks has none.
They claim to be master and certified locksmiths. Everything they have "not" done proves otherwise. Filed a civil police report and better business bureau is next on our list
