Dreamy puppy They sold me a sick puppy just like they did to many other people they're so nice with recorded conversations not so much in person. Chantilly Virginia

I bought a little puppy from here and she's the most precious beautiful thing and I love her to death however I don't feel the same way about dreamy puppy, when your paying $1200 for a puppy they're all nice and sweet. I looked them up a lot recently and there are so many bad reviews about them selling sick puppies.  They also claim to buy from local and small breeders which is also false!!!

I got my puppy and she was sneezing and coughing I thought she was just getting used to the environment however she stopped eating and had some other symptoms so I had to take her to the vet they said she has kennel cough and we ended up paying over $400 dollars for her treatment.

I took her back to dreamy puppy and we spoke to April about the situation she was extremely rude towards me and my father and kept talking about the contract and how it doesn't cover kennel cough (the contract hardly covers anything) my father told her that we were going to write a bad review to warn others and she was  threatening us with the contract and how the camera saw her talking bout the contract I went home and called her to get more details about my puppy all she gave me was the breeders name. She was really nice over the phone since it's recorded. If you want a puppy I'd recommend some place else if u read the reviews a lot of them talk about how their puppies are sick. Everything is about a contract there, it should be more than that it's a living breathing thing. I know kennel cough may not be that serious but they should've known about it it just breaks my heart seeing her so fatigue and not eating but she'll get better soon.
