My cousin and myself ordered the same dress online for my wedding. The dress I ordered was for my sister-in-law in another state. My sister-in-law received her dress to find the seems were frayed and was 10.5inches too short. My cousin received her dress to find it too had frayed seems and was too short, but the dress also had a 2inch hole in it.

We both have contacted the "company" several times only to be told that we could not be issued a refund because their "manufacturer" did no wrong-doing. I spoke with 2 women whom both lied to me and said this would be taken care of, only to receive an email 30 minutes later saying that I had no bases for a refund OR exchange because they were custom made according to the measurments sent to them. Unfortunately for us, they did not make the dresses according to our measurments what-so-ever. Absolute rip-off.

Oh, I paid 121$ for my sister-in-law's dress, and my cousin paid 160$ for her dress. I could have went to an outlet store and picked up a clearance dress for 20$ and it would be in better condition and actually fit.

You have to watch what you buy if its good to be true it is. But i have bought smaller items such as flower girl dress and got them. You do get real tracking numbers I say buy from sellers with trust record and ask lots of question and order small.
