I ordered a dress for a wedding. The dress arrived on time. The quality was horrible. I vaguely looked like the dress I ordered. The zipper was totally screwed up. There were holes in the stitching. The dress had chiffon tiers. There were section of tiers that weren't sewn. AND There were pins stitched into the lining of the dress that would require cutting a whole in the dress to remove!

The refused to take the dress back. They keep telling me to take it to a local tailor and "then you have nice dress"... I contacted my credit card company to stop payment. Now they are calling my house! A total pain in the butt.
