drexel tax relief AKA tax relief agency of america is a SCAM!!! As a former employee I will tell you the truth. The owner david Crowe also goes by his brothers name bryan toliver. He operates this company out of his house in redlands california with his wife Melinda Crowe as the person who answers the phone. This company claims to be one of the largest tax firms filled with cpa's tax attorneys and enrolled agents. The truth is mr crowe hires 1 enrolled agent (via telephone without meeting) has them claim to work on your case than only do the nessacary on them than doesnt pay them and switchs them in the middle of your case to someone new. they claim to offer a guranetee to reduce your tax debut by what they charge or offer a "refund" there has never been a refund issued and 100's of unsolved cases which he will blame on you for lying. they will try to charge you a min of  $2200 or more depending on what you owe the irs or state but he is only paying the enrolled agent $400 to start the case no matter what you owe and than tells them he will send another $400 when they finish which they never recive so he is keeping it all as profit for signing you up and faxing papers to another office than iggnoring your calls till your payment is due. This man does NOT care about you or your problem you are just a number and dollar sign to him.
