Drive Financial Seems like every three months I'm supposingly 3 payments behind? How? Dallas Texas

I use to think thses people were a godsent, since I had been divorced twice, and left with all the debts from both marraiges. I was told they were a great financial institute and fair.

Well let me tell you, theses people do nothing but"Pay Games" with your finances, your health, your reputation, They make you feel like your the crazy one, and you are doing them wrong. Everytime, I think im a head of the game,"Bahm" I get several calls from someone, being ugly and telling me to not be childish and return the phone call, well If I know Im current, then why must I return the harrassing calls, But low and behold, outta guilt and feeling something must be wrong, I call and have to be degraded from someone who hasnt got a clue to what type of person I am, and telling me "Im three months behind, for 1. Why in heck would you wait three months to tell me Im past due?

I keep having this done to me, and because I usually have to send them "Money grams" because this is what was told to me from their folks"they strongly advise against mailing in payment", what kind of thing is that for a republe company to say,, it cost money each time you send a money gram?? but they dont care. But again, they have me ,where i cant dispute what they are telling me, and its just "MAHAM", that a company is allowed to do this to hard working people, who've had bad luck in life but trying to get it straight.

I ask if I can be notified immediatly if my payment is not there 10 days after its due date and not waiting no three months, and Im told, no they couldnt be responmsible for something I should be, But , No they will wait and call me after its up to an absorbant amount or so they say. I just feel Im being scammed, They pick a different game with each person with a loan.

I am getting so over it, they threatening to take the car, you name it,I would think the state, would come in and shut these folks down,what about the federal government? I thought loansharking was against the law?? But we are all stuck, none of us really have the funds to hire a lawyer to go for the throat on thses folks,so what do we do?

I too am half tempted to tell them to come get the carr and good reddence,Im to the point I dont wanna to even get it refinanced if I could, just because they are associated with the car in some way. Include me with the suit too!!
