PURCHASED CAR, HAD ISSUE USEDVWARRANTY ONLY TO DICOVER MECHANIC DIDNT TOUCH VEHICLE AFTER A MONTH IN HIS SHOP. DRIVETIME CALLED ASKING FOR PAYMENT WHEN VEHICLE HAD NEVER LEFT THEIR LOT.

"Clouding" Windshield?

I hate to break this to you but it is VERY OBVIOUS the "clouding windshield" is a reflection of the clouds in the sky! You also said you "purchased" the car. If you purchased it then you closed the deal and you are on the hook for the payments. If that shop is NOT working on the car, then you contact the dealership and make some noise. Better yet, you go IN PERSON as its much easier to get rid of a phone call than a person standing in the showroom complaining in front of potential customers.
