Drybar is a place that your suppose to get a $40 blow out NO matter how long is your hair or what type of hair you have right? NO it is a LIE. I have long hair but have had the brazilian blow out in it so it is pretty easy to blow dry but it is long.

I was forced to buy a Membership which means I pay $75 a month for two blow dry a month a small $5 discount per each blow dry, but I was stupid enough to give this company my credit card number to withdrawal automatic monthly $75 fees.

needless to say their hairdressers and front desk receptionist began to throw an attitude each time I would come in after I became a member because none of them wanted to wash & blow dry my long hair. Worse I could not get an appointment on the phone even though I was seeing it on line. I think they treat their members like s**t because they already have your money. To add insult to injury I had to bring my own shampoos and conditioners and smoothing gels because they are so CHEAP they only use their water down shitty products.

I had to ask their hairdressers to wash my hair twice, most of them get very upset cause they are on a time line to hurry up and turn chairs. There has been occasions I was polite and didn’t say a word just to get a blow out with a dirty scalp! Here is the kicker, I found out that the entire time they had charged me an extra $10 to wash my hair twice and called it another name so now we are at $45, and add the tip now your way over $50 mark which is what you pay in beverly hills with a well known hair dresser given you establish once a week hair wash/blow dry. Finally my last time there the receptionist had the Flu, she was coughing, sneezing and she prepared me a tea and gave it to me with a bad attitude, and I was too worried about my up coming trip to notice how sick she was and how she really should have never been at work! Alas, I caught her Flu, my trip was ruined and I called the manger and told her about the FLU, about their cheap water down products, about having to bring in my own products and about the extra charges. She said she would refund me but would have to ok it with the product sale manger. Well a week later, the product sales manger finally talks to me and says she was canceling my already canceled membership and that she had a PHD in social psychology and would NOT refund me and I can sue them If I want. OK very nice, let me get this straight, my credit card was used without my consent for charges that drybar decided to put on there for washing my hair 2 times and this is the treatment that I get? I tried to cancel and charge back the charges and drybar denied all the charges. They are GREEDY and DISGUSTING. The salons are filthy and the hair dressers only get $9 an hour so they all leave. Your card will be fraudulently charged for extra charges, the dumb receptionists will charge you $35 extra and forget that you have a membership and at the end when you try to fight them you get a nasty old woman calling you and saying go and F--ck. yourself. The company owner is worth 20 MILLION and she can not be bothered to used good products, pay her hairdresser at a little over $9 or treat her costumers right. STAY AWAY FROM DRYBAR, I found a place in beverly hills that does my hair for $35 with NO membership and they do a great job and they have a shampoo girl that will wash your hair as long as you like for $2-$3 tip. BYE BYE DRYBAR I hope some one sues you in a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT, YOU GUYS ARE GREEDY AND DISGUSTING! DRY BAR SUCKS AND ALLI I HOPE YOUR READING THIS!
