Dunn & Bradstreet DnB, D&B Lied about a company requesting our information. Horrible company and tactics , Internet

Below is the email that was sent to our business.  Basically what they did was make up some story about how a company in india was requesting our information, and they were concerned.  The duns number they were requesting was inactive for over 3 years, and they just wanted us to update to a credit profile for $500.00.  This company is a complete scam and anyone out there who wants to deal with them, be warned.  Fortunately for me, I recorded the phone call with permission and we are going to be be processing legal action for A. already telling them 3 weeks ago to keep us off their call list and B. Phishing.
