Dupray Industries Sold deceptively Montreal, Quebec

Dupray says they have great customer service and hassle free refunds yet I was not treated this way and no one tried to make me happy. I started a new detail shop and talked to sales reps from dupray 3 seperate times before buying and was told the hill inox injection ($2500 machine) would be perfect for washing the exterior of a car in a detail shop. after receiving the machine it did not hold its pressure to clean the outside in an efficient time as I was told it would before buying.
I then returned the machine and had to pay $171 to send it back with appropriate insurance and when refunded dupray charged me an extra $458.07 for trying the machine even though I would have never bought it if they told me it would not be suitable for washing the exterior.
The issue was never solved and me the small business owner had to pay. Dupray did not hold to their guarantee for satisfaction and were unwilling to fix the problem. A new small business was mislead to buy a machine that would not be suitable. Duprys youtube videos do not show cleaning a whole car but only sections which was misleading and their sales staff told me before I bought it that it would be suitable to run a detail shop( including washing which after I bought it they told me it would not be used for washing and tried to upsell).
I now belive that Dupray owes me for the shipping charges I had to pay to send the machine back and refund fees. Duprays policy of these charges do not apply to me because it was sold to me deceptively. I was aware that Duprays mission is complete satisfaction and I was not satisfied but still had to pay for shipping and refund fees totalling over $600 which is crutial to a new startup business.
