Stay away from www.dutyfreecubancigars.com. One of their shipments, which was part of a much larger order, was intercepted by Canada Customs and seized because it was incorrectly declared on the customs forms. When I told dutyfree about it they suggested to me rather than finish shipping the rest of the order they send me a refund for the outstanding boxes. Several months passed and nothing. I sent an email to Damien (the guy who runs the store) asking for an update and he said he would mail it the very next day. Several more months passed and nothing. It has now been 9 months and he is obviously not going to follow through on his word. All in all I lost about $600USD to the creep.

Sorry, we do not have control over Canadian customs and you did agree to try and ship the rest and see if it passed. You also mentioned in several e-mails that you tried 5 other Swiss vendors and the same thing happened-YOU WERE TAXED. When
i did try and declare as other goods they were intercepted and siezed because a false declaration was on airwaybill. You agreed for me to do this although I warned you and it would be at your risk. So, you should state all the facts...
