Duvati Wear Duvati Shades Free Gift Scam Internet

While shopping online a window appeared with an offer of a free gift if I completed a survey.  Although skeptical,  I went ahead and did the survey and was the rewarded with a choice of three items from which to choose.  I selected the pair of sunglasses as my "free" gift.  The next window required my credit card to pay the shipping charge of $5.99.  I don't recall any other "Terms and Conditions" which may have appeared as a check box,  if there was one I didn't pay much attention since it was a "free" gift for completing the survey.  A few days later I received the sunglasses.  All was good until two weeks later when I was charged $95 for the "free" sunglasses.  I contacted Duvati Wear and was told that the terms and conditions clearly stated I would be billed the $95 and could not return the glasses.  So once again,  I have been scammed either by Duvati or by a third party using the fake suvery scam to solicit business for Duvati.
