DVD Donkey Donkey.com has the right title..THEY ARE A**ES!Dartmouth Saskatchewan B3B 2B4

I saw the complaints listed here and the same thing happened to me in each complaint filed here....I had ordered 2 different sets of dvd's Mission Impossible and The Untouchables..They were ordered the 2nd of Dec as they were SUPPOSE to be Christmas presents...Never got a comfirmation e-mail....

By the 20th of Dec ..NOTHING...so I went to the web site and saw they had a chat window...I was told the dvd's was enroute and they said they send a e-mail with the tracking numbers....I also mention to them that these dvd's were christmas presents...I got that e-mail and one number I could track the other I couldn't...

Few more days go by and nothing....the 26th of Dec finally get the package..and only ONE set of dvd's....The Untouchables....which was of poor quality and copied ..even has several commericals in them...
I go to track the other package and still tells me that the number wasn't in their tracking system.....so back to the chat window ...I tell them no tracking number and they tell me that the postal service there was down....

A few more days goes by and it still can't be tracked....so I e-mailed the post office there in Canada and they sent me a e-mail saying their tracking service was up and never was down.... Again back to the chat window I tell them what the postal service told me and they assured me I should be getting it shortly..I asked when and was told the end of the week....well needless to say NO package..

I tried calling that number they gave me and I left a irrate message saying I was disappointed in their service and I wanted someone to call me back....well they called back..and hardly could understand what they were saying.....all I got out of it that the package be here end of the week....guarantee me ..HAH!
I went back to the chat window and told them again that the tracking number was not in the system..then they tell me I have to wait 30 days before they can resend the order....and they send me a e-mail comfirmation...letting me know the new tracking number ..
Well I am still waiting on that e-mail with the NEW tracking number.....

Since then I have chatted with them numerous times...either told it is on the way or it is being process...and when I try to ask them questions..alot of waiting time ..your sitting here wondering if they are still there.....and when they do answer..repeat themselves to the questions you already asked them and got an answer...

Well here it is almost the end of January...and still no Mission Impossible dvd's...I refuse to give up...They have my money ...I am determined to either get my dvd's or my money....I do have copies of all the chats..and e-mail from the ca post office..Plus a e-mail from the BBB of Sasketchewan telling me that they can't help because there is no dartmouth there....but they did give me a number to call..I received that e-mail last night and as soon as they open this morning..I guarantee I will be calling them..

I hope some how that this website will be held responsible for their actions...and that I have helped in someway for this to happen....
